SOMA미술관에서 현재 진행 중인 전시 <장소와 통로 : 고리타분한 조각 이야기>에서 정관모 교수님의 작품이 전시되고 있습니다.

또한, SOMA미술관에서 매월 마지막 주 수요일에 열리는 ‘문화가 있는 날 소마특강’에서, 10월 30일에는 정진아 관장님이 <조각가 정관모와 C아트 뮤지엄>이라는 주제로 특강을 진행하셨습니다. 이 특강은 조각가 정관모와 그의 작품 세계를 집중적으로 탐구하는 시간을 가졌습니다.

해당 소마특강은 “한국의 조각가와 미술관”이라는 주제로 한국 근현대 조각가들(구상에서 비구상까지)과 그들의 작품을 조명하고, 각 조각가와 연계된 미술관을 소개하는 프로그램입니다.

Furthermore, on October 30, during the monthly “SOMA Lecture on Culture Day,” held on the last Wednesday of each month, Director Jina Chung presented an engaging lecture titled Sculptor Kwan-mo Chung and the C Art Museum. This session provided a profound exploration of Kwan-mo Chung’s sculptural practice, offering attendees a closer look into his artistic journey and contributions.

This SOMA lecture series, Korean Sculptors and Museums, showcases the diverse works of Korean sculptors from the modern and contemporary periods, spanning styles from representational to abstract, and highlights the museums associated with these artists.
